SO WHAT IS THIS ABOUT?

All people, regardless of the number of followers they have, struggle with the same problem: we judge our inner selves based on the outward appearance of others. It’s no secret that social media has played a huge role in awareness of this very issue. But it is also true that social media, influencers in particular, have a huge capacity to uplift and inspire people. Which is why we are making Curated, a short form fictional series with this goal: that viewers realize they don’t have to compare themselves to the people they follow and that authenticity to self is what leads to the greatest satisfaction.

That is where you come in.

 

As part of each episode, we want to include your stories of some of the most authentic moments you have experienced as an influencer. These moments can be funny and ridiculous, painful and vulnerable. We are looking for behind the scenes experiences that wouldn't traditionally make it on the gram so to speak. But whatever you feel to share is welcome. The stories will be represented by fictional characters in a fictional scenario. If your story is selected you will receive a ‘Story By’ credit in the episode your story is featured in and promotion from the series social media platforms.

There are also opportunities to showcase cameo appearances from real influencers and their content, which range from showcasing accounts, showing portions of previously published videos, and in person appearances.
